These terms apply when you buy from the Klikko online store. Please read them together with our Shipping, Return & Refund and Privacy policies.

1. Who we are

The store is run by Doris Gottardi, a sole trader trading as Klikko, 29 Blackhorse Grove, Dublin 7, D07 T9T3, Ireland (supportklikko@gmail.com).

2. Who can buy

We sell to consumers aged 18 or over with a delivery address in Ireland or another EU country. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway.

3. Our products

Klikko cameras are toys for children aged 3+. They take fun photos made for little hands — they are not professional cameras. Product photos show the item we sell, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Please read the safety information included with the product before use.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery is free unless shown otherwise at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is taken when you place your order.

If we make an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Your order

After you order, we email you an order confirmation. The contract is formed when we send this email. If we can't fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock), we will tell you and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and details. The risk of loss passes to you when you, or someone you name, receives the goods.

7. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Return & Refund Policy for how.

8. Legal guarantee

You have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years under EU and Irish consumer law. See our Return & Refund Policy for what to do if an item is faulty.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

The Klikko name, logo, texts and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy them without our permission.

11. Complaints and disputes

If you have a problem, email us first at supportklikko@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days. If we can't agree, you may use the courts. In Ireland, the Small Claims procedure is a low-cost option for claims up to €2,000.

12. Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
