Where we ship

We ship to Ireland and all European Union countries. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery times

These are estimates. Delays can happen during busy periods such as Christmas.

Customs and taxes

All prices include VAT. You won't pay any extra customs duties or import fees on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking may take a few days to update.

Delivery problems

• Late order: if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email supportklikko@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

• Lost parcel: until the parcel is delivered to you, it is our responsibility. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

• Damaged on arrival: email us within a few days with photos and we'll make it right (see our Return & Refund Policy).

• Wrong address: please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change it before dispatch.

If we don't deliver within 30 days of your order and haven't agreed another date with you, you can cancel and get a full refund.
