This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from the Klikko online store, why, and what your rights are. We keep it simple: we only use your data to run your order, support you and, if you agree, send you news.

You don't have to give us your data, but we can't deliver an order without a name, address and email.

3. Children

Our store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Please don't send us photos or videos showing children's faces. If you share content with us, you confirm you are the parent or guardian and agree to how we use it, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, with service providers who act on our instructions:

  • Shopify (store platform and checkout)

  • Payment providers (for example Shopify Payments, PayPal)

  • Our fulfilment partner and carriers, to ship your order

  • Email and customer service tools

  • Advertising and analytics partners (for example Meta, Google), only with your cookie consent

  • Authorities, if the law requires it

We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including our fulfilment partner. When this happens, we use safeguards approved by the European Commission (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), or the transfer is necessary to deliver your order.

6. How long we keep it

  • Order and invoice records: 6 years, as required by Irish tax law

  • Customer service messages: up to 2 years after your last contact

  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe

  • Cookies: as described in the cookie banner

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect past use). Email supportklikko@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or the data protection authority in your country.

8. Cookies

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
